Playdough for Health
Play with the dough and inhale the aromas and you'll be on your way to a healthier and more peaceful you. So says Squidge Me.
The colors are gorgeous. I have no idea if they really work, but I would prefer this to most other stress gadgets/squeeze balls.
Thanks Tania, for the heads up.

You gotta try making Kool-Aid play dough. I'll bet it smells as good as this and it makes a huge bright batch. Sam sold it for his marketing unit in 3rd grade. "Sam-Doh!" Seriously. It's good--and I'm not one of those salt-dough moms.
I'm curious about the kool-aid doh, how do you make it?? and does it color your hands at all? very interesting
Yes, Kacy. Please share more info on kool-aid doh.
Here is the Kool-Aid Play dough recipe. You'll be surprised at how great it is.
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c salt
3 T cooking oil
2 pkg Koolaid (unsweet)
2 c boiling water
Mix everything and then add the boilng water. I have used baby oil to make it smell even better. It does stain your hands at first. It could stain the bowl, I guess. I rinse it right out because I am so fastidious.
