Olive Juice

I think I've posted before about my issues with the non-stop embroidery and embellishment that is baby/little girl clothes today. So I was delighted-to-the-max to be introduced to Olive Juice. Everything is very traditional and simple and beautiful — sort of unboring school uniformy. Some items seem a bit pricey, but most are in the same range as an outfit at Gymboree — pretty normal for good kids clothes. Their website has a sale link.
I was sure it must be British, but the catalog comes out of Wayne, PA. Not British, maybe Amish? Bonus for me: the catalog is very well designed.
More love to Kathryn C for keeping me supplied with all the best catalogs.

KC just told me about this site, too. When is she going to get her own blog and can I put in a vote for her to be one of your guest bloggers?
Lindsey, I'm way too disorganized for that, but I do love to look for unique stuff for home and family. That's the fun of it for me!
WOW.
That pic of the two girls...THAT IS BEAUTIFUL.
You have a great eye.
i had to laugh. wayne, pa is an affluent suburb of philadelphia. more of a republican type of conservative than an amish conservative.
I ordered from Olive Juice and the clothes mainly shrunk in the first wash to nothing. The buttons also fell off most pieces within days of wear. I tried to contact the company, citing the misrepresentation of sizing and not one attempt was made to help. Really, really disappointed, despite loving the style/look.
