Hurricane Harry Turns 1

I'm so enamored with this one-year-old birthday invite put together by the lovely Girl con Queso, I had to make sure it was seen and admired. The "hurricane" even spins on it's little brad. So super-cool. (See more pics here.)

The first birthday party of your first born child is the best. It's basically a party for adults (especially if you're one of the first of your friends to have a baby) and you can send out really cool invitations that don't have to have ninjas or mermaids printed on them. And there are plenty of grown-ups around to help take care of the birthday baby while you play hostess. And the food can be yummy and absent of chicken nuggets and laffy taffy.
