Home From Russia

Elder and Sister McEvoy are back from their mission in Ykaterinburg, Russian. Yay! Now we get to plan a roadtrip to see them. (Here is a little Russian doll my mom sent to my kiddies. The very international-looking packaging it arrived in made me happy.)

Wow! What an amazing mission! I bet you can't wait to hear all their stories. The doll is so sweet and I bet the packaging made it even sweeter. Have fun planning your road trip!

What a sweet doll. My husband's home city is not too far to the east of Ykaterinburg (I know that airport well!) Russian dolls and matriushkas (nesting dolls) are our default gifts for children of friends here at home. There are also some nifty shops in the Russian neighborhoods of Brooklyn like Brighton Beach where you can these kinds of treats.
