Friends. I'm certain you are all reading Nie Nie Dialogues. But if you're new to this space and haven't discovered Stephanie yet, go read this. And then cry a little. And then send a little prayer of strength and hope up for Nie Nie.
I first started reading Nie Nie when she guest posted for you. She manages to simultaneously break your heart and inspire you. She is a beautiful miracle and her courageous life touches everyone who reads her words.
my heart brakes for her, even more when reading the tiny bio, so different than it was. i can't imagine the patience. i think she makes us all give our family an extra squeeze each day.
I started reading Nie Nie when you mentioned her pictures on a post about Blue Lily Photography. "Someday I will...pray on my knees...". That part got me because so often we get too busy to fall on our knees to pray. Something so simple, yet it's something she longs to be able to do again.
There are few words I have to describe how I feel about her. They are floating out there just beyond my reach. I tell her, when I sometimes send her an e-mail (from me, just an unknown reader), "I love you."
i first read about nienie after her plane crash and since this i pray for her to get her life back (if procurable). i would like to tell her so much, but then again i´m only a foreign girl on the other side of the world (with bad english...). but maybe, it´s a little pleasure, to know, that berlin is thinkin of utah! :)
I read her blog weekly, when I read this post I teared up. I think most of us take for granted the simple pleasures of everyday life. It's easy to forget that for some, life is a day filled with so many struggles. I am touched at how strong she is, and even more so by the sweet relationship her and her husband seem to share. Most couples would never survive the trials they have been through. I believe it's because of their deep respect for one another, and it doesn't hurt to have the faith that they have on their side either. Her blog is a great reminder to stop and enjoy the simple pleasures, and to never give up hope.
Oh, I like to make a newsletter monthly and send it to my friends with nice and cute thing I find in the web. And this month I choose this post too. It's so sad and so sweet at the same time. Lovely Thanks for sharing it too!
I was reading her blog today for a good while (off and on while taking care of kids/house), she truly inspires me and reminds me to cherish every moment and be thankful for my blessings
I love Nie Nie,I wake up every morning and start my day with their inspiration. To me she is like the store "Anthropologie"... but for my soul. She makes me more colorful and beautiful. "The devil called and said you are doing awesome" is my favorite thing EVER!
