Birdies
Lovely Laurie sent me a link to these adorable little birds made by Lauren Alane. They have me thinking of spring.
Check out her flickr page to see photos of all her little birdy creations — complete with charming captions like "Mr. Brooks is a gentleman" and "Miss Genevieve teaches her students about mushrooms."

How cute!!
so sad that none of the birdies are available for new homes in her etsy right now. I could use a quiet companion at my desk!
Those are darling!
I love these lil guys. i have a birdie obsession. these are the best.
SO cute!
Those are so cute - Thanks for sharing the link!
Those are so, so cute.
I have a decorative, vintage-looking birdcage and these would be fun to put in it.
: )
Very cute! They remind me of the Owly books.
Those birds make me laugh!! They are so cute! I think they need their own primetime television show. They would definitely be funnier than those cavemen...
I wandered onto your blog today, it's lovely!
those glasses kills me!
It must have been hard for you to keep these to yourself, so I appreciate you sharing! they are adorable!!!
Hi Gabi, I linked to your blog from my friend Annie and it was a wonderful surprise. I love all the design wisdom! Also, perhaps I'm just a stalker but me thinks from your picture you went to school with my older brother Steven Wintch. If that's you then a big shout out to another St. George native. If not, my apologies and I will now quietly leave with my tail between my legs. Either way I enjoyed your blog and will surely visit again.
Sorry (how embarrassing to have to leave two comments on my first visit to your blog) that's me (emily) who posted right above as "christopher." My husband had signed me out and him in to google and I wasn't paying attention.
ha ha, what an idiot. I did it again. Please erase all my stupidity. It reminds me of that old "friends" episode years ago when Monica tried to hack into her boyfriends phone mail to erase a message. Oh well.
Those are awesome...I want a whole flock.
