Autism Posters
It's 2009. Autism touches everyone's lives in small and big ways. I like these autism awareness posters by the Rugh Family Workshop.
"The Rugh Family Workshop was started by Jaime & Jeffrey Rugh for their children. Collaborating as artists with family, old friends and new friends, the workshop started making posters to promote awareness, support and compassion for individuals, families, and communities living with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The posters vary widely in range, focus and design as does the spectrum itself."

My son has autism so these posters really speak to me. Thanks for sharing them! p.s. we are going to the Killers tonight too! Red Rocks is amazing! Have a wonderful time!
Fantastic Posters! Anything to help people understand and accept the facets of autism spectrum disorders. I recently read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Mark Haddon which offers an interesting peak into the thoughts of an autistic child. thanks for posting this!
These posters area great! I'm a "design mom" too, and designed a great autism activity book a couple years ago by a woman who has started her own publishing company, Watering Can Press. It might be an interesting post idea for your (great!) blog! Here's a link to the book, and her site:
