HEMA

I don't even know what in the world this is, but I think it's brilliant.
Go here and watch for like 30 seconds. And then smile.

Thanks for the link Hailey.

Ha! HEMA is such a cool shop here in the Netherlands! I will have to write about it soon... I love their products!
Don't you think their website is AMAZING?
(They also have a regular webshop, http://www.hema.nl/nl-NL/winkel.aspx?navmethod=menu, it's in Dutch but I'm sure you can figure it out :-))

I love HEMA! When I first met my Dutch friend, Esther, I asked her about at least 20 things in her house. Where did you find this? Where did you buy that? Her answer was always HEMA!
It has always been a joke between us. In fact, when Esther told me she was leaving London and moving back to Amsterdam, we joked that at least she could send me stuff from HEMA!
When I visited Esther in Amsterdam last Fall, she took me to a HEMA shop. They just have simple, useful things in fun colors. A very cool (and very Dutch) shop...

Another comment from the Netherlands; YES, HEMA is a wonderful shop, great products for a good price. Often a slight twist to the household items you see regularly. Every year they have this contest where they ask design students to come up with a good idea for a certain product group, keeping in mind the HEMA-philosophy; simple yet sophisticated and good value for money. Sooo nice to see how HEMA gets know across the world....
Hooray for HEMA!!
