Stun
When I attend the childrens' clothing trade shows, one of my favorite lines to check out is always Wonderboy. (I've posted about them here and here.) So imagine my delight when I heard the designer behind Wonderboy, Christine Johnson, is launching a line for girls called Stun. Here's a peek:

Wow-these clothes are adorable. But am I the only one bothered by the "modeling" poses this little girl must've been instructed to do? I guess I don't like this photography trend of making children look like grim, formal fashion models. It doesn't make me more inclined to buy the clothes--I'm inspired by joyous and ebullient children, who remind me of my own.
I was thinking the exact same thing Kristen. Kids' clothes always look best when the children wearing them are laughing and having fun.
Ooo, Stun sums those up perfectly.
oh gorgeous! i want to wear these... ;-)
I was going to say the same thing. Cute clothes. Creepy poses.
Very cute!
Prices?
Looks like they're only available to wholesalers? How do we find out where to find them?
Ditto Kristen! Serious kids take the attention off the clothes. I buy clothes for my daughter to enjoy not pout in.
Yay! Love Wonderboy, excited that they now have a girl's line (just in time for my nearly 2 yr old daughter)
For those "bothered" because the kid isn't offering up a cheesy grin, are you serious? This is a DESIGN blog. I think the clothing is amazing and the photography is beautiful. News alert: kids don't laugh all the time. She seems perfectly content and looks cool, not all pageant-like.
So adorable! The blue dress is beautiful...And I agree about the model looking content and cool - She's so striking and different. This isn't JCPenney.
