A Simpler Home
Spotted on kirtsy: a less-is-more house that I am craving.
Whenever life gets really hectic (like during the entire month of June), I always wish I had a simpler house. This one is so well done. You can see more photos and read the article in Danish (if you know how to read Danish) here.

Love this. A couple of years ago we took our kids to Denmark and rented a flat in Copenhagen for the time we were there. I had a similar epiphany in that very similar space: that we could pare down and live much more simply. I didn't completely succeed in our real life [maybe my kids didn't have that epiphany] but thanks for the reminder...
just lovely!
this is what we try for in our home, if only we had those floors instead of the tile which for some reason came in fashion in french apartments recently :(
oh jees, if only....
I especially like the first picture with the colorful bookshelf and the huge wall of pictures. Very cool.
Simply Beautiful.
It's all IKEA. Very inexpensive and available in most major US cities. I love this look and we have those shelves in black.
Such a great use of space! I especially love the photo montage on the wall.
I love that wall of photo's. I may try to copy that in my bedroom. Not that I have that much wall space but just fill up the space I do have with the various b&w's of my kids.
Love this. So clean and fresh.
You were totally inspired to pick my sister Natalie for the crib set giveaway. She has had some sad events in the past months... and she's on her way to getting pregnant again. This will truly inspire her with positive energy to have another baby.
I'd like to have even just one room like this, just for my husband who hates the clutter and piles that I love.
wow, it's really gorgeous! so minimal.
I love these pictures!I wish I could do this in my house!
But it just wouldn't be home without toys strewn across the floor would it?
