A new suit
I'm in the market for a new swimsuit. I saw LisaPow wearing the red one above and she looked great. Granted, the swimsuit isn't what makes Lisa look great — she looks fabulous period, but I asked her the source anyway and she directed me to LayersClothing. I was hoping they would have lots of choices, which they don't, but I did like their offering. Two pieces makes easy access for baby feeding and they're long enough to keep the lovely post-baby belly covered.
How many of these companies are there anyway? Shades, Layers, DownEast, Modbe. . .

And they all try to sell them at parties. If I get invited to one more "party" where I have to buy something I'm going to puke.
Is it just me or is it not that hard to find cute modest suits in the mainstream market? Do we really need specialty companies?
I love the red and white polka dots, do you know how their sizing works? And to Jordan, for tall girls with long torsos it is hard to find swim suits long enough, but then again I don't live in San Fransisco.
Lisa, I'll check things out at the gift show this year, pass you the info and next year I'll be buying things from Lisa's booth. Maybe painted pots?
Jordan, yeah. It's not so hard to find a modest suit. Land's End has like 1 billion.
Audrey, I don't know their sizing info. I've never actually bought from them. Let me know if you get something.

I have been wearing my plain old Lands End black tankini for a while so I just bought the red one. I almost bought the retro blue one. Maggie wants a tankini but the ones for kids are more like a wide binkini top. I can't find a full tankini that comes all the way down for her. Any sugs? Must I turn to the Amish?
PS I love the Boden swimsuits.

GABBY - I tried on the MODBE swim suit I want & I LOVE IT!!! I would be so comfortable in this - no more pulling or tugging. They are on sale right now too.
Ashlynn, that's awesome. I just saw my first Modbe swimsuit at the pool last week and thought it was way cute. I'm gonna check them out.
