I have had this lamp for ages. It has made the transformation from game room (filled with pick-up sticks), to Christmas light (shiny balls and tinsel). I did do the old lightbulb thing for awhile, I even had a couple favorite vacation pictures turned into transparencies and put those in. No matter what I do, people always rave, and want to know where they can get one. I am so glad to see that IKEA has brought them back!
wow that colored lamp would go great in my playroom. so they sell them @ ikea?
I was going to tell about Bix' mom's pickup sticks lamp, but she beat me too it. I LOVE the plastic Easter egg idea.
Someday I won't live in an apartment and I will have fancy lamps from exotic stores like IKEA and Tarjay.
