Holiday Giveaway #8 — Year's Supply of Laundry Detergent from Dropps

So. I love today's last Giveaway. It's a different sort of prize than I typically seek out, but one that will be immensely useful to any household. And absolutely an item that fits nicely at the intersection of Motherhood and Design. Here's your chance to win big and win useful. Enter your name today and you could win a year's supply of laundry detergent from Dropps!

I'm not even joking. A year's supply. At my house that equals at least $300. You know what it would be worth at your house. And because I wanted to be knowledgable when I wrote up this post, I went ahead and did my laundry with this incredibly handy detergent. My report: it was a very pleasing experience.

Dropps
comes in pre-measured liquid packets. You just drop one in. One. No matter what size load you're washing. And the whole thing dissolves. No drips. No granules. No mess. I used Fresh Scent and I was happy. A nice light scent. Nothing perfumey. As fresh as the name claims. And the clothes were clean. They looked great.

The hardest part was resisting the temptation to drop in more than one packet. Because pretty much every load of laundry at my house is an extra-large load. And it was easy to doubt that tiny little packet. But the packet worked.

If you're curious about Dropps, I found their FAQs very informative. Dropps is good for the earth. Good for your skin. Good for your clothes. And my 20 load packet of Dropps takes up a fraction of the space and creates a fraction of the waste of my usual laundry detergent.

All this is just to say, that I think a year's supply of Dropps is a very, very good thing. I hope you do too. Thank you Dropps!
