Building Cards

I walked by a Pottery Barn Kids the other day and these building cards caught my eye. So pretty.

I have a thing for building cards, and I thought these were especially fun because they're oversize. And because the colors are delightful. And because they're made of wood. I only wish the photo showed their scale better — you'll just have to use your imagination.

And don't miss the alphabet puzzles either. The font is exquisite.

I saw these too! I'm trying to figure out how many sets I can give as Christmas presents.

Now THAT'S a perfect alphabet puzzle! I've been looking for one, so thank you for the heads up! I steer clear of puzzles that use such fancy fonts that my preschoolers can't properly learn the shape of each letter.

I love those cards! I made something similar to those in college but they were a bit chunkier and stained with different color stains rather than painted those cool colors. I should get them out and let my kids play with them!
